What camera shoul I buy?

Hi,

I'm a beginner. I want a camera that allows me to do (after practicing) basic photography techniques (you know these blurred background photos, beautiful landscapes ... lol).



I will use the camera to photograph landscapes, portraits and some street portrait photography.



Other important information: I like to travel to beaches and mountains too (is it important to consider environmental sealing?)
